Event Description
This event will focus on the techniques of persuasion from a business analyst perspective. Persuasion has technical skills - just like process modeling - and steps to follow if you're going to build support. Going from being an order taker to leading the creation of value requires that analysts master these techniques and provide persuasive leadership. This is a deep dive into specific questions to ask, situations to look for, and methods for engaging executives - all from a business analyst’s perspective and rich in personal stories and experiences. (Description and talk subject to change)
