Event Description

This power session covers three elements related to project troubleshooting and recovery:

(1) providing an introduction to project recovery and an overview of recovery activities,
(2) introducing concepts related to problem prevention, and
(3) outlining benefits Business Analysts (BAs) can deliver and the key role BAs can assume in “doing the right things” as part of the prevention and recovery efforts.

Concepts related to managing stakeholder expectations, risk and quality management and proper definition of success will be discussed in context as they pertain to BAs.
