In this presentation David Mantica will finish the interactive presentation started in August. We will have a group discussion on techniques and attitudes used to increase engagement with both Stakeholders and customers. We will talk about the “You” part of engagement and ways to connect with others in a positive way to get the most out of every engagement. From there we will discuss engagement tools including persona development. We will finish with a discuss of methods to practice to consistently add the customer or stakeholders voice into the work you do.
