Upcoming Coaching Program Beta Presentations

Richard Lee and Marcus Udokang are presenting in the coming two weeks. What we deliver is beta and highly interactive. They have started codifying their knowledge, experience, and judgment, while they help others on our lifelong journey of learning and career development. This of course gives back to them the same.

Coaching Program Learning & How It Works

Take your experience, knowledge, judgment, and turn it into a presentation. What the following have presented or are presenting is a small selection from their skills and competencies. What they deliver solves problems, addresses issues, and embraces innovation in order to stay sharp and relevant in a transitioning world. Each of these individuals collaborated in the coaching program to create and deliver something about their selected topic. It is a beta experience that creates a lot of bi-directional value and growth. They will evolve and be back soon.

Recent Presentations That Will Evolve & Be Back

Robin Brown presented on Influence and Persuasion using well known books to highlight emerging skills needed by business analysts.

Colin A Campbell presented The Power of the Canvas To Visualize Solution Design and Deliver With Business Analysis. Colin started with the Business Model Canvas, moved onto a Lean Canvas and then A Team Canvas, followed by a Microservice Canvas. Colin finished with personal creations, the Lean E2E Testing Canvas and a Business Specification Canvas which was adopted by his organization. Yes it is what we do - we evolve our practices and ways to communicate and collaborate.

IIBA Certification Applications & Exam Prep

We held a workshop that walked the participants through preparing an IIBA Certification Application for BABOK v3 related exams. We also covered study tips.

We had a couple study sessions and Saturday morning practice exam workshops.

One-On-One Coaching

Leanne Tsang, Sheldon Bundus, Colin Campbell and others held one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals who requested a session. They helped others evolve an understanding, organize and prioritize their situation, and test their understanding and learnings.

Cohort 3 starts the Fall off on
August 19 to September 29, 2024.

The Fall 2024 IIBA Toronto Coaching Program 

The Fall Peer-to-Peer Coaching Program
continues the summer program with Cohort 3 and Cohort 4.

Cohort 3 starts the Fall off on
September 30 to November 10, 2024. 

Cohort 4 concludes the year from
November 11 to December 22, 2024.

Both are six weeks. Participate when and how you can.
