IIBA Product Ownership Analysis
& IIBA Agile Business Analysis
CPOA/AAC Study Group
We have developed a course based upon IIBA content to
- understand with clarity the business analysis principles and purposes in agile and product, and how they can be practiced,
- understand cohesively how agile business analysis and product ownership work together in the lean category of which they are a part of,
- and participate in the initiative's defining of the business need and the resulting solutions,
- while articulating the initiative's needs, goals, and rationale that will guide the delivery of it's value.
IIBA's Agile Business Analysis (IIBA-AAC) concepts and principles are found in three IIBA publications. The IIBA-AAC exam is based upon the IIBA Agile Extension v2. The IIBA BABOK v3 is a foundational reference in the Agile Extension v2, and the Agile Business Analysis practice is further developed and described in the IIBA Guide to Product Ownership v1.
