IIBA Product Ownership Analysis
& IIBA Agile Business Analysis

CPOA/AAC Study Group

We have developed a course based upon IIBA content to

  1. understand with clarity the business analysis principles and purposes in agile and product, and how they can be practiced,
  2. understand cohesively how agile business analysis and product ownership work together in the lean category of which they are a part of,
  3. and participate in the initiative's defining of the business need and the resulting solutions,
  4. while articulating the initiative's needs, goals, and rationale that will guide the delivery of it's value.

IIBA's Agile Business Analysis (IIBA-AAC) concepts and principles are found in three IIBA publications. The IIBA-AAC exam is based upon the IIBA Agile Extension v2. The IIBA BABOK v3 is a foundational reference in the Agile Extension v2, and the Agile Business Analysis practice is further developed and described in the IIBA Guide to Product Ownership v1.
