Digital and IT Strategy

• Simply defined, strategy is how you are not like others.

• It’s about how you position yourself in the market, and how you do things, such that you differentiate yourself from the competition.

• Strategy can be planned (but less long-term than in the past) but it can also emerge over time, as a pattern of decisions.

• This presentation explores strategy in general and how it manifests itself as digital strategy and IT strategy. The learning objective of the presentation is to clarify the topics and share some ideas, resulting in more confidence to help decision-makers and influencers decide on the best course of action.
