The presentation is about managing risks associated with business transformation and with everyday process management.

Managing risk has become a critical component of ensuring business agility.

Cybersecurity risk analysis, the introduction of newer technologies and new business environments and methods are just the start of the need for baking risk considerations into organization guidance and business policy, and the application and the information layers.

The business analysis practitioner now counts understanding leveraging operational risk frameworks and methods as part of their skillset.

This allows the enablement of resilient and agile business processes to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

In this presentation you will be provided a general understanding and overview of risk management frameworks with techniques that will focus on the practical use of risk management resources.
