Business Process Modeling

This workshop provides participants with theory and fundamentals of process modeling, to comprehensively model an enterprise, department, or set of business processes in support of delivering complete business requirements.

The course consists of a formal presentation supplemented by a case study and class room based exercises.


When put into practice, the benefits of design include:

  • Foundation for a variety of change management disciplines: e.g. software development, process improvement and management, outsourcing, target operating model design etc.
  • Creates transparency around a business operation
  • Provides a common language for different business domain experts to communicate effectively and make joint business decisions.
Those involved in analysis, business analysis, and business analysis and strategy. This includes those involved with defining business processes, for any process related discipline i.e. software development, process improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), business architecture, target operating model design etc.
