Certified Business Analysis Professional (c) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) since 2008; renewed 2011, 2014. Pursuing Agile / Certified Scrum Master (c) qualification (Feb 2017) & am participating as Coach in new 'BA Skills Coaching Program' offered by IIBA Toronto Chapter.
Twenty years of continuous learning and practical Business Analysis experience on enterprise-wide initiatives has engendered a mature 'Business Architecture' perspective brought to bear on all IT Projects worked on. Deep understanding of what is required for effective analysis informs advanced BA Task planning and estimation skills. Investing in thoughtful stakeholder analysis and meeting preparation compliments advanced facilitation expertise which enables highly successful current state process modeling and gap identification.
