AGILE FOR BUSINESS ANALYSIS
DEFINING REQUIREMENTS IN AN AGILE PROJECT

More and more organizations are transforming the way work is done and are embracing a culture of collaboration and favoring a change driven approach to software development.  It is important to understand the agile practices that are key to successfully deliver business value iteratively and incrementally.

One of the most important aspects is the ability to write requirements that support incremental product development.  This workshop is for skill levels of business analysis practitioners.

In the workshop you will learn about the following and more. It is strongly recommended that you take the Agile workshop on 11-Feb-2017 before taking this Agile workshop. The two workshops present a full introduction to Agile for Business Analysis.

Scrum Artifacts

  • Product Backlog
  • Product Increment and the Definition of Done
  • Sprint Backlog
  • Burndown Charts

The following is covered by the 2-day workshop. Each day requires separate registration and payment.

  • Have an appropriate amount of fun :)

At the end of the workshops you will:

    • User stories
    • Acceptance criteria
    • And more...
  • You will become familiar with and practice the tools and techniques for writing user stories
  • You will become capable to decompose large stories to better align them with the Agile development framework
  • Develop and take a pragmatic approach to transforming how you work
  • You will learn Agile concepts and processes through concepts familiar to you
  • You will receive tips and checklists to guide you when you return to work after the workshop and or when you start on a project using a change driven approach such as Agile
