Today's organizations must integrate and align people, processes, structures, culture and strategy to make successful transition of individuals and/or groups from a current state to a desired future state, such that the desired outcomes and business objectives are achieved. It is how we define organizational change management today, which directly affects everyone from the entry-level employee to senior management. So, everyone must learn how to handle changes to the organization, where BAs can perform many of the tasks required to effect successful and lasting change.
This inspiring 75 minutes presentation focuses on change management in the areas of organizational development and human resource management combined with standardized project management practices, recognizing the need to add change management to a BA skill set.
