Are you drowning in requirements you cannot make sense of?
Have the local Agile fanatics declared requirements are dead and Use Cases deader?
Do you spend more time figuring out if your Use Cases are Clouds or Clams than you do creating them?
You are not alone. Use Cases are a powerful tool for creating better requirements. However, traditional methods for Use Case development are often not fast enough for the speed of modern analysis. If you would like to learn how Use Cases can help you to do better business analysis join Cole Cioran and a team of Use Case experts from the Toronto IIBA for an all day workshop. Participants will learn how to:
- Define the value of use cases on Waterfall and Agile environments
- Understand what use cases need to be created
- Show the value of a use case
- Create better use cases quickly
- Ensure a Use Case is reusable
- Test a Use Case
Every participant will leave the workshop with a case study that demonstrates their ability to quickly create high quality Use Cases.
