More and more organizations are transforming the way work is done and are embracing a culture of collaboration and favoring a change driven approach to software development.  It is important to understand the agile practices that are key to successfully deliver business value iteratively and incrementally.  

One of the most important aspects is the ability to write requirements that support incremental product development.  This workshop is for skill levels of business analysis practitioners.

Dananthi Arnott is an agile coach/trainer, helping teams transition to an agile project management framework.

She is an instructor for FrontRowAgile where she has published courses for Business Analysts and Product Owners.

In her free time, Dananthi volunteers at local IIBA chapters and at local colleges that offer Business Analysis programs in Toronto and Waterloo, sharing her experiences and discussing agile topics with business Analysis practitioners, assisting them with their agile transformation.
