SPEAKER - Ashu Potnis


Ashu Potnis began his career 27 years ago typing COBOL code on mainframe “character mode” screens. In 1996 he co-developed SQL Navigator, a wildly popular tool for Oracle databases. In the past decade Ashu has been busy simplifying and explaining requirements management, Use Case modeling and agile processes in his training and consulting assignments that have taken him across four continents. An Electrical engineer by education, Ashu guides product direction at TechnoSolutions Corporation based in Vancouver, Washington, USA.

Location Notes

The Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville is located in the Hudson Bay Centre at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor. It is accessible directly from the concourse level mall or from the street. And, of course, this is at the intersection of the Yonge and Bloor-Danforth subway lines. Parking at Yonge and Bloor is plentiful. There is a major parking garage one block south, east of Yonge, off Hayden Street. You can also park at the Hudson Bay Centre itself. Enter on the north side of the Centre off Asquith Avenue.
