Jason Questor, always popular, will be speaking on documentation. Everyone knows that undocumented projects create havoc for the lifetime of the products produced, and yet deadline pressures, non-availability of stakeholders, rapidly amassing change requests and the need to “just get it done” so often result in incomplete, garbled, multiple version throw away documentation. This presentation identifies the root causes of undocumented projects and processes that can be put in place to alleviate the plague of undocumented projects.
