Location Notes: The Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville is located in the Hudson Bay Centre at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor. It is accessible directly from the concourse level mall or from the street. And, of course, this is at the intersection of the Yonge and Bloor-Danforth subway lines. Parking at Yonge and Bloor is plentiful. There is a major parking garage one block south, east of Yonge, off Hayden Street. You can also park at the Hudson Bay Centre itself. Business architecture has been accelerating for a decade. Although there are no universally accepted definitions and standards, interests in business architecture continue to grow. What exactly is business architecture? How it works? Is business architecture the missing link between strategy and execution? Is business architecture part of enterprise architecture?
In this presentation, Joanne will show you what business architecture is and how it works through a visual business architecture framework. She will explain how it connects business and IT and threads operations from strategy to execution. She will also explain the role of business architects.
